| Anderson B’not Mitzvah Saturday, April 10, 2010 |
| Hanna and Julia Anderson, daughters of Daryl and Greg Anderson, will be called to the torah for their B’not Mitzvah on Saturday, April 10, at ten o’clock in the morning at Temple B’nai Jeshurun. Hanna and Julia are in seventh grade at Stilwell Junior High. They are active in Girl Scouts and synchronized swimming. Julia is the first chair flutist in the band and Hanna plays piano and sings in the chorus. Their community service project will help the homeless in Des Moines. The girls are diligently knitting wool scarves which they will donate to local area shelters. In lieu of sending individual invitations, the entire Jewish community is invited to worship and celebrate with the family at Hanna and Julia’s B’not Mitzvah, and at the Kiddush luncheon immediately following the service. |
